How much does eCredable membership cost?

A one-time setup fee of $49.95, then a subscription fee of $9.95 per month to continue reporting your business utility AND TELECOM payments to the business credit bureaus.

How do I sign up for eCredable membership?

Provide your Business’ Information, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, Social Security Number, EIN (if available), Date of Birth, and Valid Email Address to set up your eCredable Small Business account.

Is there an age requirement to have an account with eCredable?

You must be at least 18 years of age.

May I cancel my eCredable account at any time?

YES. You may cancel your eCredable Small Business subscription online at any time.

  1. Login into your account at eCredable
  2. From the “My Account” page click the “Settings” button
  3. From the "Settings" page click the “My Membership” button on the LEFT
  4. Fill out the "Reason for Cancellation" box and click SEND
  5. Your request will be processed within 24 normal business hours, and your account will be closed.

Is there a cancellation fee?

NO. There are no fees associated with the cancellation of your eCredable Small Business account.

If I cancel, will I receive a refund?

NO. There is no prorated or partial refund of your paid setup and month-to-month subscription fee once your card has been charged. Your eCredable Small Business account will remain open until the next billing period if you cancel, and your card will no longer be charged.

What forms of payment does eCredable accept?

eCredable accepts MasterCard*, Visa*, American Express*, Debit Cards and PayPal*.

Are there any other fees associated with eCredable?

PERHAPS. Some utility AND TELECOM companies do not provide 24 months payment history in your online account. Having as much history on your accounts as possible will usually have a positive impact on your business credit score(s). If you want to include the additional payment history you have with your utility AND TELECOM company to enable us to report this information to various business credit bureaus, you can request to have it manually verified for $19.95 per account for up to a total of 24 months of payment history. Verification fees are NOT refundable once your card has been charged. We initiate the manual verification work immediately upon your request. You can read more about the verification process

Are there any hidden fees or costs?

NO. All of our fees are clearly displayed throughout the eCredable Small Business website.

Can I update my personal account information anytime?

YES. You may update your account information whenever you want.

What is my user name?

Your username is the email address you used to sign up with eCredable Small Business.

Why can't I access my account?

Most of the time it is because you have not entered the same email address you used when you set up your eCredable account. Most people have multiple email addresses they use for different purposes. Make sure you are using the right one and that you spelled it correctly. If you are experiencing difficulties logging in, please try the Forgot Password feature, which is displayed on the Login screen.
