With their easy qualification, reporting to two major credit bureaus, an extensive product line, and streamlined shipping, Uline is on of the top net 30 vendors.   

The only downsides are that they lack transparency with the minimum purchase amount and maximum credit limit, and some users need to make five or more purchases before Uline will report to business credit bureaus.

Setting Up Net 30 Terms is Simple

Or if you’re a new customer needing supplies, all you need to do is select “Invoice Me” when checking out.  

As long as you qualify, you’ll receive net 30 payment terms, which gives you 30 days for invoice payment. That way, you can increase cash flow and build business credit.

Like building personal credit, establishing business credit largely hinges on making payments on time, avoiding late payments/late fees, and having vendors report your payment history to business credit bureaus. 

So one of the main things a small business owner will want to know before applying with a net 30 supplies vendor is which business credit bureau(s) they report to.  

The three major business credit bureaus are Dun & Bradstreet (D&B), Experian Business, and Equifax Business.

Note that if you want trade credit vendors with longer payment terms than 30 days like what Uline and Creative Analytics offer, there are several options available.  

This takes longer to build business credit, as vendors report to credit bureaus later, but it will provide extra wiggle room if you need a bit more time to make a payment.

How to Qualify for Uline Financing 

Uline offers net 30 payment terms to both new and established businesses.  

During the credit application process, Uline will ask for bank and trade references, which allows them to assess your business credit history and see how responsible you are when making vendor credit payments.  

They will also want your DUNS number, which you can get here if you don’t already have one.  

And that’s about it.  

Uline doesn’t ask customers to provide a Social Security number or a business bank account.  

Again, if you’re an existing customer, you’ll want to use your customer number when applying for a net 30 account. Otherwise, if you’re a new customer, you can simply choose “Invoice Me” when checking out.  

Once approved, you’ll have the option of using net 30 terms for purchases, and Uline offers a variety of debit and business credit card options for payment.  

One thing to note is that Uline is one of the vendors that doesn’t explicitly state what the minimum purchase amount is to qualify for a net 30 account or what the maximum credit limit is.  

However, a general rule is that you’ll want to spend at least $50 per order with vendors. 

Also, some users report having to make as many as five or more purchases before Uline will report a payment to business credit bureaus. This, admittedly, isn’t ideal and something to keep in mind before choosing Uline to build your credit history.
